With over two decades of culinary experience spanning three continents, Chef Marcus Aldridge brings a wealth of knowledge and an insatiable curiosity to every dish he creates. His journey began in the kitchens of Lyon, where he trained under legendary masters who instilled in him a reverence for classical technique.

After years of honing his craft in renowned establishments across Europe and Asia, Marcus returned to New York with a vision: to create a restaurant where tradition and innovation coexist in perfect harmony.
